Get Your Words Out! Writers' Workshop (summer term)
Need a bit of focus and accountability or just a simple nudge to get some words on the page? Interested in getting feedback that will help you develop your writing? Then Get Your Words Out is just what you need.
These sessions have been called 'rich and stimulating,' 'excellent,' 'inclusive, supportive, energetic and informative.'
This is a monthly workshop which will run in the autumn and spring term of 2022-23. You will bring work each month to share for feedback and there will be some prompts to spark new work.
Get Your Words Out! is run by JLM Morton - poet, founder of Dialect and an adult educator with more than 25 years experience of working with grown-ups all over the world in literature, professional development and education.
Please note that the course will run with a minimum of 4 participants.
You will also have access to a private online forum where you can chat, share ideas, articles, info, writing and more in between meetings.
Participants in this group will be invited to submit a piece of work for consideration in the 2023 Dialect anthology of prose, poetry and ephemera.
Dialect critique groups are always welcoming, warm and constructive, a place where you can grow and nurture your work in a safe and positive space.
